CHAPTER YOUNGER LAWYERS COMMITTEE START-UP KIT

    Do you need assistance starting up a Younger Lawyers Division in your local chapter or do you simply want a few ideas for new programs to make your local YLD even more vibrant?  The Chapter Younger Lawyers Committee Start-up Kit can help.

    One of the goals of the National Board of the Younger Lawyers Division is to facilitate the creation and continued viability of local chapter YLDs.  To that end, we have created this Start-Up Kit to provide guidance and inspiration to younger lawyers in establishing local YLDs. 

    The Start-Up Kit contains sample by-laws and a constitution which can be adapted to your local chapter's needs.  The by-laws, in particular, can be used to form the organizational framework of your local YLD.

    More importantly, the Start-Up Kit also contains a description of programs sponsored by local YLD from all around the country.  These programs can be readily adapted to your particular jurisdiction and are the life-blood that make the local YLDs successful.
